What you need to know

We sincerely hope you love your bags as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the information below before proceeding:

• If the order is lost or if the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased due to damage, we offer exchanges, returns, and refunds. The consumer has 30 days after receiving the order to request a return or exchange, but shipping costs are the customer's responsibility!
•  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Used, damaged, dirty, or altered items may be rejected and returned to the customer.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please refer to the section below entitled “How to make a return.”

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, please contact us to start the process and you will be directed to our returns service. After submitting the form, we will contact you via email with further instructions. Please note the following:

• We do not cover the costs of return shipping*, and these will be deducted from your refund.
• We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of receipt, and any shipment made after 14 days may be rejected.
• When you drop off your package at the post office, we recommend that you obtain the tracking number and proof of shipment for future reference.

Refunds

The refund will be automatically made using the same original payment method within 10 business daysPlease note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund available.

If they have already passed more than 15 business days if we have approved your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us via email. geral.carriehandmade@gmail.com.
